Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
We had solar system put in house, a couple of things were done incorrectly, owner of company said job is finished and wanted a check from us. Was nasty with my husband on the phone. He called one of his managers who was here. Manager agreed with us and was ready to fix the probs, but the owner called min and told him to cut off the hot water on the tank.
My question: Is this legal to do, cut off our hotwater from the solar system. We have already given them over $6,000. We live in Florida.

The owner of the business did a dumb thing. He cannot do that. See a consumer lawyer or sue him in small claims if your damages do not exceed 5K.
