Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I sold my car to a car dealer. Told him about 2 minor defects on the car. 1. the passenger side window doeswn't function and it needs a side mirror. He and his helper checked out the car, looked under the hood, under the car. checked the inside and took it for a ride. After that they made me a offer and I agreed to it. We went inside he took the signed title made a copy of my drivers license and gave me a check. Now he claims that there is something wrong with the rear suspension and want his money back... Can he do so after inspecting the car and buying it?

Short answer: No. Once you signed the title over to him, and he paid for the car, the dealer took the car as-is.
