Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Sold Car Privately AS IS to out of State buyer.
Advertised car for sale on Craigs list had a buyer from Georgia who came saw the car, tested it out thoroughly and signed on the bill: 'Bought As Is without any warranty expressed or implied', and then drove it back home OK. He was given every single service record from day 1. Now a month later he's sending me emails and making all kinds of allegations about the condition and expects me to refund his money or else he threatens legal action. Should I even bother entering into any dialogue, as I am a private person and not a dealer.

Dialogue never hurts, but it does not sound like you have any liability.
