Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
My son almost drowned today at a resort in florida. there was no rope showing the deep end and he went under. i checked the laws for florida pools and it said pools must have a rope showing the deep end. do ihave a case?

Unless you son was severely injured, it is doubtful an attorney would take the case. If your son was significally injured, then you would have a case if what you say is correct. I am not familiar with the "rope" law. See www.FloridaPersonalInjuryTrialLawyer.com
