Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
My son was sold a used car which was defective and the dealer sold my son a warranty. two weeks after the sale the defect became apparent.
There is a 30 day,50/50 warranty from the car dealer and the warranty
that my son bought from him that covers bumper to bumper. The dealer however is procrastinating on fixing the car and calling the warranty company. If this car doesn't get fixed do we have legal recourse?
