statute of limitations
what is the statute of limitations on faulty construction practices? where i live there are over a hundred concrete driveways that have badly cracked because the contractor did not use proper construction methods.

Assuming your version of the defects can be proven, the s/l is 4 yrs. from the time the defect was or should have been known. If the claim is bor breach of contract, then term may be 5 yrs from the date of performance. This may be shortened by the contract.
