can i sue a auto dealership for scam and charging me more than what the car is worth?

NO. Each contract assumes that you each have investigated the terms. If someone will pay me $5,000 bucks for a $1,000.00 watch I get the money and they keep the watch. I always recommend an inspection from your choice of mechanics.
