Can i sue the car dealership i bought my truck from because the speedometer never worked and they cannot fix or replace like they said they were?

As long as the truck has been in the shop for more than 3 days for the same problem, it might be 5, you would have to go through the arbitration that is referred to in the contract before filing suit. If you file suit without complying with the terms of the contract, the suit would be dismissed.
