Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
being sued for rent with no agreement
my son and his girlfriend were living first at a condo and then a house both owned by her parents for about 18 months. She knew he didn't have money to pay half the rent, but is now taking him to court for not paying half of the mortage payment. Can she win this case if there is nothing in writting?

Yes -- she can win if there was an oral agreement regarding rent.
