Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Being sued and I have the title
We purchased a motorcycle from my sisters fiance a year ago. They have since broken up and now he says he is going to sue us for more money. We have the clear title to the bike. We reside in Tennessee and he lives in Florida. Can he do this?

Any one with themoney to pay the filing fee can sue another. The fact that you are sued doesnot make the suer right.
