Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I suffered a chipped tooth while dining at a local restaurant Ive frequented four to five times a week for ten years.
The owner refused to provide an accident report and then accused me of fabricating the incident in order to get free dental care.
I did not return to the restaurant over a year until recently at which time I was told I would not be served.
Do I have any recourse ?

It probably too late to bring an action for the chipped tooth since you let so much time pass. Move on.
