telemarketing fraud
If I sue the owner of Fantastic Vacations, LLC in small claims court and he fails to appear , why is the judge allowed to dispose of the case? Isn't this practice unfair for the plaintiff

The judge disposed of the case by entering a default. That means that you win. Contact the court to make sure.
