Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
what do i do when someone tells me i gave them 2 hundred dollars of counterfit money 3 days later and need to just come buy and ppay them 2 hundred more to get certificate inorder to get drivers license back

If you have a receipt for your money, they have accepted the bills. You may have to take them to small claims court and sue to get your certificate. Since you don't state what sort of certificate this is, I will point out that if it is issued by a government office, you will have a hard time suing them.
