Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I am thinking about buying a car at a public auction. The car does not come with a title and is as is. Does this mean that I own the car or that the person that has the lein on it can come back and get it?

I cannot imagine a situation where you should purchase a vehicle without a title. Without a title many bad things could happen and yes one of them could be lienholders who claim they own the vehicle.
