Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
We are time share holders in St Maarten's and while there last week we were the "lucky winners of 777 scratch-off ticket." We sat though the presentation and were very impressed. We have some concerns about our time share and the increasing special assessment fees that keep going up each year, we thought it would be a great way to sell our timeshare but still go back to St Maarten's. We were offered $10,000 to sell our timeshare and join at the emerald level at a cost of $9468. Bank of America approved our loan and we were them proud owners of "WORLD PRESIDENIAL TRAVEL"
When we arrived home yesterday couldn't wait to get on the website and search for the cruises and condo's .When we opened up the site all we saw was SCAM. Please help us get our money and timeshare back.Thankyou Christine kinnon
