Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Time Shares
We have some paid off time shares we no longer want.We want to get rid of them but can't sale them as the market is stale.We can't use them any more but they tell us we are still responable for taxes and upkeep fees that come due on them.How can we get out from under this debt?

Aside from bankruptcy, you probably can't.
