Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I traded my 2013 camaro ss for a 2013 camaro ZL1, after the deal and I drove home the dealer called me and said they did not want my care because it had been in a accident after they checked the carfax, now they are holding my title on the new car, can they do this?
