Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I traded my car for a truck at dealer signed paperwork deal done a month later dealer calls me to say can't get me approved. And might have to scrap deal and now my past trade in loan now behind and warrinty on it cashed out insurace swaped what can I do?

You may have several claims against this dealer. In order to be certain, your documents that you signed at the time of the transaction need to be reviewed. Did you sign a retail installment sales contract? Did you sign a spot delivery agreement?
