trademark use
i have made a ''yard stake'' with the florida gator logo on it. i drew the logo, cut it out of wood and painted it. others have asked me to make them one and sell it to them. is this legal?

Do you mean the gator logo used by the University of Florida or something pretty close to it? No, you can't do that without violating their trademark.
