transfer of ownership
I am financing a vehicle and my husband wants to finance the vehicle in his name and with his credit union. What do we need to do?

It should be in the name of the person paying for it, unless they want to give the other person the vehicle. Your bank/credit union will tell you how to do their part in this transaction.
