Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
my truck at 190 % the value
my truck was sold to me at 190% the value and they didnt even justify it. i sent an email to the better business bureau and filled out the paperwork to start a claim. the company then called me back and said that they were gonna help me and that everything was gonna be fine. its been three months and theyre giving me the run-around. what should i do?

You can file a complaint with the FTC- Federal Trade Commission for an unfair business practice. Also, depending on the amount of the difference in value you can file a suit in small claims or county court.
