Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I am from United States. I bought a one year membership for online service (website template), from a company based in South Africa. After trying to use one of their template I realized it was not as easy as it should be. I contacted them (via email) right away saying that I wanted to cancel, and I contact my credit company as well since the payment was pending on my credit card. After 4 days, the payment went through. I filled out a dispute. My question to you is what is my right with them even though on their website (under FAQS) they are saying they do not refund?
Thanks Dale

Unfortunately you are out your money unless the credit card company backs you up.
