Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Unresolved Billing Issues
Hi-
I'm trying to find out if I have a case here. This problem goes back 3 months ago, a payment check was sent to sprint which cleared in our bank(evidence from account statement that check was cashed). I called and e-mailed multiple times but could not reach a resolution. Now they will be cutting off my service. Amount is only 118.28, but I don't see any point of double paying since the payment was sent to them and my bank is stating that they paid sprint. I am planning to file a lawsuit if they will continue to cut-off my service. Please, I need your advice before I will hire a lawyer.
Sincerely,
Mike

Re: Unresolved Billing Issues
You have not posed a question. You are correct that the sum involved does not economically justify the retaining of counsel.
