new vechile purchase
my husband and I purchased a new vechile 3 weeks ago the dealer said we got the financing and we filled out all the paperwork and got the new car, now last evening they call and said we have to return the car as we didnt get the financing now we are late in our payments on our trade in, do we have any recourse? thank You--

It depends on what your contract says and whether it was contingent on financing. If you return the car, I assume you get all the money back -- as you should. You have had a new car, then, for a few weeks for free. Just make your old car payment to catch up.
