Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
new vehicle purchase
I just bought a new vehicle from Ford we agreed on a down payment as well as monthly payment terms. Two weeks later they are requesting from me to pay an additional 1000 as per the bank or we need to retrun the vehicle. We have already signed the agreement to other terms, Is this Legal? can they do that?

Re: new vehicle purchase
probably you signed only a loan application and not a loan agreement. if you signed an actual loan agreement with the bank or the compoany, then they are probably stuck with what they agreed to. I suspect that you only signed an application and, if so, they application for certain terms havs now been turned down. You will most probably need to return the car if you don't want the loan as offerred. Read your paperwork very carefully. Your options are usually spelled out there.
