Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Verizon bought alltel now i get no service at my home or work but they insist on charging me 175.00 for each phone early termination. contract was up in jan.10 help..............

This seems to be part of a plan of BellSouth, Verison, and other phone companies. Demand proof via contract that you owe the money. They probably cannot prove it and plan to intimidate you to pay. If you do not owe it, do not fall for it.
