Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I;ve been a victim of mortgage fraud. I was lied to by Pulte homes and Stewart Title co.I was told my downpayment could be waived,if I used a co-investor. I agreed and signed the contract. There was never a mention of how much was owed or a time limit. Also there was a government subsidee included. I've recently reported this to the consumer complaint agencey and the ruling was in my favor. I want to know what my legal options are?

You would need to spell out the case more and report the damages better. Want to know the law? Sign up for our free newsletter on varies areas of the law by sending an email to [email protected] and requesting the newsletter, or go to www.ConsumerLawyerHelp.com.
Not clear on exactly what your claims are based on the information you provided. You need to meet with an attorney to discuss the issues and see what legal claims if any you may have. Also at that time you could discuss with the lawyer any fee arrangements.
Feel free to contact me if you wish to discuss further.

I am sorry to hear about this. As far as what your legal options are now, it depends. I suggest you consult with an attorney and provide them copies of the mortgage and any other relevant documents. Regards,
