Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Wedding Photographer closed shop
We paid our wedding photographer in full for our wedding photos and we never received them. Both of his phones are disconnected and his shop is cleaned out. We did sign--name removed--contract for his services. Do we have any legal recourse?

What a terrible situation! Yes, you have recourse, but first you need to locate the photographer. Locate him/her and demand at least the film or digital photos and some of your money back. If her or she refuses to give you the film or digital photos, your recourse is to sue.
Good luck. see www.ConsumerLawyerHelp.com
