Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Wedding Reception Hall
Can the reception hall still charge me for something that no longer exists? When I first signed a contract they had a dancefloor that they had to put down and charged me to have it. Since then, they have renovated the place and there is no more dance floor but they are still charging me for it. Can they do that?

Re: Wedding Reception Hall
It depends on your contract, but probably not.
