Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
about week ago i was leasing a car sighn the contract and paid the first payment .after having the car for more than 7 days the dealer call me and ask me to purchace the car ,or just drop the lease because was not aprooved by the leasing company,because my credit was include a BC hapend 5 years ago. Why the did not do that before the contract .

This is called a "yo yo" sale and may be illegal. It is to get you to pay more money. Look at the agreement to see if the deal is conditional upon approval and if so what are the terms.
