Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
my wife and i recently found out that some insurance company that is affitiated with our old bank has been automatically withdrawing 24.95 from our checking account for the last twenty one months,when we called this company to find out what this was,since we had absolutly no knowledge of this happening they informed me that some telemarketer had contacted my wife and asked if it was ok to send a trial 60 day something or other. when the 60 days was over she was automatically
enrolled in some insurance plan.we never recieved any paper work or any insurance card or any enrollment package that you would recieve when signing up for insurance.They told us that they could only refund the last month they had withdrawn since we want our money back what should we do?we didnt want this and feel like we have been cheated by unfair bussiness tactics,please help!
