Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Hello, and thank you for this wonderful website.
The question I have is this: Is it legal for a retail chain to move delivered alcoholic beverages to another store in the chain? I've heard varying opinions on this, but the details are as follows. A store orders a shipment of Alcoholic Beverages, then when the shipment doesn't sell or is too large they transfer it to another location. I'm curious as to if this legal since the state controls the sale and distribution of Alcohol.
