Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I was wondering if you bought a lotto ticket through a messenger service site like congalotto.com and won the Jackpot. Is there any way to make sure you would be able to claim the money? I just figure they can say they never received payment if by some miracle one of their customers won.
Didn't know which law this went under. Thanks in advance for any response.

Don't be foolish. This is an offshore business, and may even violate some of the lottery laws in the various locations that they claim they buy tickets in your name. If you ever had a dispute and tried to sue or enforce the contract, it would be difficult or impossible.
