Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Hello,
I am writing because I was banned for life from faith farm ministries thrift store. I am told I am never to step foot on the property or I will be arrested. The thing is that I have never done anything to warrant being thrown out of this store. I have seen them do this to other people without any explanation but I believed maybe they did something wrong. I know that I did not and it happened to me. Is a non profit christian thrift stores allowed to do this legally?

A private business can refuse to admit or serve anyone it chooses, for most any reason, or no reason at all.
