Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
What written opinion or authority reveals that a consumer has a continuing right to cancel a home sales solicitation contract per Federal and/or Florida law BEYOND the three day time limit for failure of the seller to include the agreement in contract. I have been told there is a continuing right, but would like the evidence in writing as it is not stated stated specifically in the laws.
