Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
For many years, my tax refund was garnished by the irs. I rehabilitated my loan, and am currently making payments. My question is who received the money that was garnished. It never appeared that the money was credited to my lender. where does the money go?

if garnished by the IRS, it went to the government for back taxes.
