I have a $10,000 plus court judgment against a man with an ongoing retail business. How do I proceed to get him to pay the judgment or other wise collect my award. Thanks, D. J. Dockery, Ponce Deleon, Florida

There are many ways to collect the judgment including garnishments of bank accounts and levy on property. Most people start with a deposition in aid of execution.
