Hi,

I was given a 3 day notice to vacate apartment in FL, which I did. Now the complex is trying to charge me debt despite leaving the property after notice

Did you think that the unpaid rent rent just went away? By vacating within the 3 days, you avoided an eviction complaint filed against you - a very, very good decision on your part. The last thing you need is an eviction complaint. But the unpaid rent is still owed, so of course they want you to pay it.
