Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
In 2009, I was sdolicited by a firm for free diabetitc supplies. I explained that I was a member of an HMO who would probably not accept their claim.
Supplies were sent to me. & I did not hear from them for almost a year.
Four months ago, I receicved an invoice, and needless to say their prices were astronomical, but they are threatening to submit this to a collection agency
!) Wgat is the statute of limitations in such a situation?
