Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

My 35 year old son died over 2 months ago.

Am I responsible for his credit cards and bills? I am not on any credit cards.

I am paying the mortgage on the town house. It is worth less than the mortgage.

Otherwise, he has no assets.
