A1 Financial Managment

Debt consolidation company did not make payments to my accounts two times. Cant get a hold of them, they do not return my calls. When I did get a hold of them, told me they will give me my deposit back, that was 2 months ago. Filed complaint with BBB. How do I get my 2 payments and deposit back. Seems like everyone has this problem with them per BBB.

Sue in your local Small Claims Court if you can.

You have two choices. 1. Sue or 2.If you file a petition in bankruptcy, include A-1 as an etity which owes you money. Then the trustee will pursue the claim.
