Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

What action can I take in ex-spouse credit card debt?

In divorce preceedings, my ex-spouse was given the responsibilty of paying off 5 credit cards. I was informed by the credit card companies, that my name is on the accounts, that he has not made a payment in 8 months. I filed a contempt of court, and in court was told by the judge that my only remediation is to pay the debt myself and file a money judgement against him. I cannot afford to do this. What, if any actions can I take?
