Additional charges on a cell phone bill

4 different charges were applied to my cell phone bill. They claim that the charges were approved through my cell phone which I know is a lie.Noboby uses my phone but me and I don't even know what these are much less have approved them. What can I do about this???

You need to complain to your cell phone provider. It is their responsibility to investigate and eliminate the charges if unfounded.

Unfortunately, they often do not do a good job and will take the word of third parties who add charges to your bill. If pressed, cell phone providers can usually trace back the calls, however, to determine whether or not the charges are valid.
