Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

i got a apartment and cable in my name for my sister, her kids( both over the age of 21 and works), and grandkids. she was late every month and she ask me to help her in the month of july, for $300 on rent. she ask to take out a loan. she never paid me back and she also got evicted for the apartment in the month of August which i owe them almost $13,000. i ask her to pay me back she said she would, but no repayment. what shall i do?
