Arrest Warrent

I recently learn that an arrest warrent for my son is posted in Fla. for missing a court date for a past debt.

He is presently living in another state, does this mean he needs to return to Fla to resolve this matter.

I would double check to see if it is an arrest warrant for missing a court date. Very seldon, if ever, have I heard of such a thing in a civil case. Most Florida court dockets can be located and found on the internet. Check it out.
