I cannot pay my truck payment and it is going to be repossesed can the lienholder put a lien on my house or garnish my wages to pay the rest of the loan

Yes, although your house cannot be foreclosed on if it qualifies as homestead and your wages cannot be garnished if you qualify as head of household. You should speak with a debtors' rights lawyer (usually a civil lawyer or bankruptcy lawyer) to learn more.
