Auto Loan and repossesion

I have completed payments for My Ford Ranger. Their are late fees and back interest that I dispute. Can they repossess the truck for these disputed funds? (Around $620.00) I Live in Florida

Well, yes they could even if they are wrong. If they are wrong, you will need to sue them for damages. Best situation is to resolve dispute with them as soon as possible. If you cannot, then sue them in small claims court over breach of agreement and or unfair and deceptive practices so that a judge can resolve it.
