Auto Repossesion

After my vehicle is reposessed due to non payment and it is sold by the bank, am I legally responsible for the deficient amount left over?

Yes. And if the bank is forced to sue you on the deficiency, you probably will be liable for attorneys fees and collection costs, and possibly interest on the deficiency.
