Can a Homeowners Association threated forclosure of a proerty because of owed fees.

If you have unpaid maintenance fees or dues, the Homeowners' Association can file a Claim of Lien and subsequently a foreclosure if you fail to pay if the documents provide for the same. They cannot file a foreclosure for failure to pay any fines or penalties.
