Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I was awarded our home in divorce at mediation. At that time, we agreed to pay our own outstanding debts. My ex had a loan against our home, it was only in his name. I paid this loan until i could prove in court it was his responsibility. In which I did. Can I collect on all that I had to pay on this loan?

Yes, but you'll have to sue him in civil court, not file for contempt in family court. Let me know if you need help.
